I can not get into my account to do Family Search

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. I can not get into my account to do Family Search

Because I work at the Museum in Sale Lake I am always having to redo my password. When I do I can never get into my Family Search program or for that matter anything else. Help!!!
