My account has preferences set for no emails but I keep getting them; how might I stop them?

That depends on what emails you are getting. The LDS Account setting only controls whether you get emails from church headquarters. It doesn't control whether local leaders or ward tools send you emails. If you are getting calendar notifications you can turn them of off in the Option at https://lds.org/calendar. If you are getting emails from non-leader ward members you can hide your email address from the general ward membership by editing your visibility settings at https://lds.org/directory. If you are getting emails from ward leaders then you'll need to contact the leaders and let them know of your preferences.

I have the same problem, I recently moved from Mexico to Texas and I am still receiving email notifications for activities. I checked the calendar but it only shows my current wards and stake (here in the US) and I also tried turning off the notifications, but same (still getting notifications)
