Hello Brothers and Sisters,
I was hoping that someone could help us. My wife's LDS account password has been changed by someone else!?! She received a notification email but since she didn't change it, she cannot fix it. Is there any tech support contacts that can remedy this? Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

If you go to the sign-in screen, there's a "forgot password" link. Use that to reset the account.

She might also try signing in with her old password. There have been false emails in the past where the password was not actually changed.
