Creating a new lds account

To whom it may concern,
Hello, my name is Luciano Moura, yesterday I tried unsuccessfully create an lds user name for my son and when I was asked to confirm the code on my cell phone number I did. And then the code was not accepted and then it was gone. Now I can't access his account neither create a new one since I have already created a new one.
How should I proceed?
