Name on account

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Name on account

I recently had a legal change of name and my name on LDS.org is still showing my old name. I have changed my display name to my new name and my info in the ward/stake has changed everything on their end. What do I do?

You need to work with your Ward Clerk/Ward Membership Clerk(s) to update your records.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
