Log In Problems

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Log In Problems

I am able to log in. However, I am the RS Pres, and as I try to look at the reports, that is when I get kicked out of the system. I have been able to look at reports, and work on visiting teaching before. For some reason, the system keeps kicking me out. Also, it has me log in over and over again. Is this just a one time glitch, or is it a bigger problem?

I was also having sign-in problems on Monday – I think it was a temporary glitch.
