Hello!
For those of us that work at the church or have a specific role that requires us to update our login password every six months, we receive an auto generated email with a link to reset the password. I'm wondering why the user is not presented with that same option if they decide to login through lds.org. I ask this because many of us, as a matter of security, prefer not to click on a link within an email (especially one involving password requests).

Re: Password expiration reminder
Good question. I agree with you that that is a bad practice. One thing you can do, when you get the email go directly to ldsaccount.lds.org to change your password.
