My name is wrong on the records

Hi,

I'm a convert and it looks like they put the wrong name if the records for my account and I can't edit it, only my "nickname" or alternative name field. Who do I contact to change it?

Talk to the ward clerk or the assistant ward clerk over membership in your ward. You can find out who they are by going to http://www.lds.org/directory/ and clicking on "Ward Leaders" at the left.

I have to say errors like this are unfortunately common with the paper system the missionaries still use to create records. Some of their handwriting is hard to read.
