My account is listed as living in USA and I actually live in England. I cant change it, I have never lived in the USA. All my Temple Ordinance cards are being printed incorrectly.

Have your ward clerk check your membership record. If your record shows your residence in England then he should contact the GSC to troubleshoot the issue.

Also check your address on your FamilySearch.org profile:

The FamilySearch profile doesn't always stay in sync with your membership record.
