"We have experienced a problem..."

I can't login to leader and clerk resources this morning for some reason on my laptop (I can still do so on my phone, but some features aren't available there). When I enter my username and password, it just processes for a while and then gives me the error, "We have experienced a problem. Please try again in a few minutes." Anyone else experiencing this?

I have that problem too, I have not being able to access to LDS.org, I changed for several times my password "successfully" and then at the time of login and gives me the "We have experienced a problem..." or that my user or password is wrong message. How do I get a personalized support?
