Problem with my daughters MRN/Username

My daughter set up her own sign in, and has used it.

Suddenly today, it is not working, and we've attempted to reset her password, however the info the system is showing us is not tying to her account at all. It has someone else's email address and phone number displayed.

We reached out to support, and it stated it would take 3-5 days - regrettably, we are attempting to enroll her for Pathways, and this timeline is far shorter. Is there any way to expedite this?

Use the option to recover her username using her MRN: https://ldsaccount.lds.org/recovery?type=username. Once you have verified you are using the correct account, you can then try resetting her password.
