LDS TOOLS

Good day,
I am a member in Cape Town, South Africa. I recently changed phones and downloaded the LDS tools account again...However, whenever I try and log in...it says the following, "LDS Tools is only available for use by members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. If you are a Church member, please update your membership status on your LDS Account, and then sign in to LDS Tools again." There is then a 'cancel' and 'update LDS account' option...

When I go to the 'update' option, there is nothing to update...My info is EXACTLY the same.

I would sincerely appreciate assistance in this matter.

Go to ldsaccount.lds.org and verify that your Membership Record Number (MRN) is on your account. The message you're getting suggests it's not.

Thank you for the reply. When I enter my membership number it says that there is already an account linked to number.

Odds are you have another account you've forgotten about. At the log in screen, use the "forgot username" link and use the MRN/Birthdate option to recover that username. Then you'll be given a chance to reset your password.
