this pops up when i try to access different are on my account. how do i fix?? plz advise
or can i speak to someone directly? what is a good 1800 #??

"Access Denied

You are not authorized to access this page."

That typically happens if:

• Your MRN is not recorded on your LDS Account. Without that, the system considers you a non-member.
• You don't hold the proper calling to access that resource.
• Your calling hasn't been properly recorded, or it hasn't been 24 hours since it was recorded.

You have to fix the first one. The other two require a discussion with local leadership.
