I am trying to add my membership number to my LDS account. I had originally set it up without it because I didn't know it. Every time I go to add my membership number it says that either my member number or birthdate are incorrect and won't let me add it. Neither my number nor date of birth are incorrect. Any thoughts?

The usual error message is that it's either incorrect, or the MRN is already in use in another account. I'd suggest using the "forgot username" link on the login page and see if you can recover that forgotten account.
