Some one registered an LDS account 20 years ago, in trying to recover his password a code was sent to unknown email address. How can this person record his password seen that the email is the only option found in the recovery options.

Select the "Forgot username?" link and try recovering the account with the membership record number and date of birth.

We have tried it, it doesn't work. The owner of the account demands the account to be deleted so he can register new account. His name is [redacted], Record NO.[redacted], Birth Date [redacted]. Country [redacted]. Thanks

No one here can do that for you. This forum is primarily user-to-user support. To resolve this, the ward clerk will need to contact the Global Service Center for assistance.
