Denied Access

Denied Access

I changed wards in December and I can't get access. In the Membership tab it says "Membership
You have stated that you are not a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Change your membership status to gain full access." so I entered my MRN and then I get a message saying "Either the MRN and/or Birth Date is not valid or the account already exists." so I can't access anything. Please help me.

That means you probably have another account that is associated with your MRN. Go to https://ldsaccount.lds.org/recovery?type=username and choose the option to recover your username using your MRN.
