Trying to Register as Member...having problems

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Trying to Register as Member...having problems

I went through the steps to register as a member. When I got to the end of the page to click submit, nothing happened. No message to say to check email for register notification. I accidentally closed out the tab then I reopened the login site and I had to start over as a new member register. When I typed in my MRN, it told me that the number belonged to someone else...What do I do to remedy this? The MRN is mine, so what do I do?
