Problem with cell phone verification

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Problem with cell phone verification

I do not have an active cell phone that I can response to this cell phone verification. I have my wife phone and she can verify my account for me or my home phone [number removed]. The problem I have with my cell phone is that I cannot pick it up during work hours and during the day for any reason and all emergency calls have to through my office. So I cannot do a phone verification.
