Registering a minor

I have been trying to register my son for an account so he can participate in looking for a name for baptism. I have created the account, and when I get the 6 digit code to enter in to validate the account, each time it says the number isn't valid. At this point it keeps telling me that I can't register him because I have exceeded the maximum try's. Any suggestions?
