info unable to update

Hi I am trying to update my info but when I enter my phone # and Membership record number but when I do it says that they are already linked to another account. What do I do?
You probably have an account you created sometime back and didn't realize it was a LDS Account.
At the login screen, use the "forgot username" link. Recover your accounting using the MRN option. If need be, you can recover the password as well.
