*very frustrated* We have been working to get our 12 year old son registered for his account for family history research. We have attempted registration through both LDS.org and family search. We have used the email, phone and direct entering of my MRN on both systems. In each case, an error message is given that the code entered is incorrect. Our ward clerk has verified that all information entered was correct (including when we attempted the process with him present). He (and we) have sent email inquiries to LDS tech, also with no replies.
ANY help at this point would be welcome. But please don't say "just keep trying." We've been every 3 days for two months.
LDS Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to LDS Account (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).
