I was helping a friend create his account and everything was fine, until the page said it was having some "technical problems" and now it wont let him do anything. He is trying to sign in and it says he needs to verify his account by going to LDSAccount.com.org but when we try to go to the page it just sends us back to the "Sign In" page... Can somebody help us?

I would call your ward clerk and have him put you in touch with the Global Service Center. You should never, to my knowledge, see .com in that URL. The URL address is https://ldsaccount.lds.org/

If he is just setting up his account, it may not be allowing him to sign in because he has not responded to an email sent to verify his account. There are other steps to follow if he cannot sign in, and if they do not work he should speak with his clerk for further assistance.

I create an account but i dont recieve a conffirmation code, how do i get a conffirmation code?
