No Cell Phone Only A Home Phone

I recently updated my e-mail lds account. when I tried to save the information, it wanted me to verify everything via a cell phone. I don't have a cell phone and it will not recognize my e-mail verification. I do not want to do a two step verification. Now the contact information will not save completely because a phone number is not listed. Can you help me save the information without the phone number for verification or let me know how I can verify it just using my e-mail account.
