I am trying to add my MRN (membership number), and it comes up saying an account already exists with my number... what to do?

Recover the account with your membership record number, Use the Forgot your username? option with your MRN and date of birth. Then ask your clerk to contact the Global Service Center on your behalf to combine the two accounts or delete the one without your MRN attached.
