2 different accounts?

It appears that I have two different accounts. One with my previous name and one with my married name. How do I check this? I recently paid my tithing and got an email confirming that it was processed then when Iogged in the next month It is back to my old name and no record of a tithing payment.
Please help!

One of them will be tied to your membership record number, the other probably not. You would have been able to donate under either one.
If you use the "Forgot your username?" link at the Sign in screen and enter your MRN, you will find the one attached to your record. Your ward clerk can contact the Global Service Center on your behalf and have the two accounts merged, especially if your donations were made with the account that did not have your MRN attached.
