Membership record number

I entered my membership record number and it says that this number or birthday is incorrect or the MRN has already been used. I triple checked the MRN from my recommend and my birthday is correct, I am trying to log into LDS tools app and it is asking that my account must be updated, when I went through to update everything allbof my information was correct besides my MRN, that was not inputted into the field.
