My daughter is getting her own account, and used her school email. However, the school email only lets other school emails through. So I cannot get a validation code that was sent to hers. And when I went to see how to change her email it says to sign in first, and we can't do that. Any suggestions?

You may be able to log in with your own account, and edit her email address on the LDS.org Directory, because she's in your household. If not, a ward clerk can edit her email address.
