How does someone access their Donation Record (Official Tax Statement) if they have paid donations online only during the year and the individual does not have a member number anymore? Is there a Church number to call, or can that be done on the website?

If the donations were made with a specific LDS Account and that LDS Account is still active then they may be able to view their tax statement in the Donations section of lds.org (the same place where donations are made). But tax statements aren't available for 2016 yet and probably won't be for another week or possibly more (based on the time line last year). If they don't have access to the LDS Account or if their donations don't show in the Donation History then they will probably have to contact the Global Service Center. But I would suggest waiting until tax statements are available generally before calling.

Yes, the donations were made through the Online LDS Account, but that section of the website has since been disallowed for the account. When I called the Global Service Center, the message indicated that the office wasn't opened yet to receive calls. The next suggestion was to post on this Forum.

It is good to know that the document isn't ready yet.
