I am trying to get my wife signed in but it says her info is not valid or is already in use. How do I get her account set up, please?

She might use the "Forgot your username?" link and enter her membership record number and date of birth. This will identify any earlier account that may have been set up and forgotten, such as FamilySearch or another LDS site, and she will be able to reclaim that login.
