I am trying to add my MRN to my account, but it's telling me the account already exists or my birthdate is invalid. My birthdate is correct, so I'm assuming I may have another account that already exists that I don't remember. How can I add my MRN to my new current account?
Thank you,
Michelle

Re: MRN
If you have another account you can find out what it is by going to the LDS Account sign in page and selecting the "Forgot your username?" link. Use the MRN option, along with your birth date, to recover the username. Once you have the username you can reset the password for that account by using the "Forgot your password?" link and again use the MRN option.mmathews89 wrote:I am trying to add my MRN to my account, but it's telling me the account already exists or my birthdate is invalid.
You need to make sure the birth date you are using is the birth date in your membership record. You can get that from your Individual Ordinance Summary (IOS). You get your IOS from your ward clerk or ward membership clerk.mmathews89 wrote:My birthdate is correct ...
The error message you received is used for a multitude of issues and it is hard to tell what the error really is. But the most common reason for the message is you already have another account that contains your MRN. it is best to try to recover that account first before assuming there is a birth date issue.
There can be only one LDS Account with your MRN. Recover the lost account using the method I described above. Once you have recovered that account you can work with your ward clerk and he can contact the Global Service Center (GSC) to either delete one of the accounts or merge the two together.mmathews89 wrote:How can I add my MRN to my new current account?
