can't log on

this is wendy willford. I am having hard time log on to lds account it say that I am not member but I am member . how can I fix it
Sign in to ldsaccount.lds.org, then on the Membership tab, enter your Membership Record Number (which you can get from your ward clerk, or if you have a temple recommend, can be found there).wendywillford10 wrote:this is wendy willford.
