Name and Password Changes

Goodafternoon - I have been absent from indexing for some time. I am now living on my own and would very much like to join up again. I had worked my way up to being an arbitrator.
My problem is this: I wish to completely change my sign up names due to changes in my name. I was Heremaia and then went to Fox and now it is Heremaia again. I remarried but am now seperated but will keep the married name.
I would also like to change the Password please.
