Can't get my mom into her account

Postby pauldwake » Sun Dec 18, 2016 3:01 pm

Her memory isn't all that good, so we looked up her account number and had it emailed to her to make sure we had it right. Then we used that to change her password. Using the username the church sent us, and the new password, it still won't log her in. We've retried this a few times, also. Trying more basically to register for an LDS account doesn't work because it says she already has one. What's up with this?

As long as you have her membership record number (MRN) and her birth date, as recorded in her membership records, then you can go to the LDS Account sign in page and select the "Forgot your username?" link. Use the MRN recovery method. Once you have the account username then use the "Forgot your password?" to reset the password.
