For over one year I have tried to access my LDS tools with no success. I have entered my membership number, changed my password. Verified my user name etc.
Sometimes it says an account is already set up or it just will not let me in I get frustrated and then I give up. Please help.
How sill I receive my answer?

Are you able to log into the on-line directory? https://lds.org/directory
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
