I forgot my password, and my security questions

I have forgotten my password to log in to my account and my security questions answers are not correct either, can you please help me!!

You can use the "Forgot user name?" option and recover your account using your membership record number and your date of birth.

Hi there,
We are having a problem to recover the password of some of my fellow members, how can we reset it though the problem is, their emails are not yet active and also the alternative numbers. thank you so much. have a nice day.
