i have a new card and want the number that is used to get my tithing donation on record.

This is a public forum, so you should never post account information. I removed your account information from your post. Also, this is a user-to-user support forum, so no one here can change your account settings.

You can change account settings yourself by going to the Donations area of LDS.org.

It's not entirely clear, but if your October donation was rejected by your bank because you changed accounts, you would need to resubmit it, either as a separate donation, or by adding the amounts to your November donation.
