MRN Number

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

MRN Number

When I put in my MRN number in name search or my account it says MRN number already in use.

You probably have another account created earlier for FamilySearch or another Church site. Use the "Forgot your username?" link and your MRN and date of birth to find the earlier account.
