How to change my country in my lds account profile?

I recently moved to a different country and I would like to change my lds account but it is not letting me to. Do I need to ask the ward clerk to do this for me?

Your country is probably set by where your membership records are. Check with your ward clerk to make sure your membership records are where they should be.
