How can I delete my accounts on LDS.org and start over it's not letting me put in my membership record number

Either your MRN is incorrect, or more likely you may have set up an account earlier for FamilySearch or another site that also uses your LDS Account credentials.

Use the "Forgot your username?" option with your membership number and date of birth to recover the account that already exists and is connected to your MRN. Then work with your ward clerk to contact the Global Service Center either to combine or delete your other account.
