two accounts

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

two accounts

Whenever i log into my lds account it asks for my MRN so i enter it and it says its already on an existing account. I have no idea what my other username or password would be but it's keeping me from accessing things on family tree as well as lds tools & it's confusing. I am hoping to find a way to access the account and delete it. I have asked several tech people and was looking for a help phone mumber to have someone walk me through it but if anyone has any tips for me I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Use the "Forgot username?" link as described here to recover your old account, then ask your clerk to help you contact the Global Service Center to either combine or remove the other account.
