Finish re-setting up my account.

Hi, I had to change my email on my account. The girl helped me do so, and she gave me a temporary password. Then I put it in, it went through, so where do I go from here?? I don't have my own password yet. She did not help me to complete the process, and I don't know where to put in another password for my current account. I already have a username, but I need a way to establish a password of my password of my own. I will check my emails, she may have sent a link there. Still, please answer my question. Thanks!!
