Account will not allow me to save MRN

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

I have an LDS account which I made several years ago but it will not allow me to save my MRN to my it. It claims it is already used/already exists.

Try recovering the account with the MRN on the LDS Account sign in page using the "Forgot user name?" option and follow the steps provided here.
