Husband can't log in no matter what he does

My husband can't log into his account no matter what he tries. He has reset his password several times, verified his username, etc.

It's been a week and no matter what he tries he can't get logged in. Anyone else have this problem? I've submitted a support ticket with the church support team and never have heard back either. Any help would be great.

This is primarily a user-to-user support forum. There were some church employees who where here for awhile, but they haven't been here in months. The support ticket is most likely to get somewhere.

My wife is having this same problem, have you heard anything from the tech support team?

You might want to see that Private Browsing (or something similar for your browser) is not turned on. That seems to be a common cause of sign in troubles when everything else appears to be in order.

My wife has been having the same issue for over a month. Please send update if the support ticket ever gets addressed.

Just a reminder here that this Forum is not the support desk. The Forum is a user-to-user discussion place where we are able to share challenges and ideas that help us use the technical tools that the Church makes available to us. The various Local Unit Support and Global Service Center help desks do not frequent this Forum. The developers do not frequent this forum with any regularity at all.

Feedback to a problem with LDS.org should go through a Feedback link at that site, Troubles with mobile devices using Gospel Library and LDS Tools should be reported through the help links in those apps.

We do not receive any insight about support tickets from the tech support team unless the user reports back here to the Forum and shares his or her experience with us.

Everyone is certainly welcome to browse this Forum and glean ideas to solve their problems based on the experiences of those who have posted here. but if you are still experiencing a problem, be sure to work with the appropriate feedback or support channel to resolve it.

And, of course, we love it when you share your results here so that others may benefit. That's why we know that it often helps to:

- make sure private browsing is turned off

- select the "Forgot your username?" option to recover your LDS Account using your membership record number and date of birth

- work through your ward clerk to contact the Global Service Center if you need to combine LDS Accounts and also in cases where nothing else works.
