Please help

I am trying to get my account set up and I received a message that my MRN number belongs to a different account. I don't know how it may have happened? !

Please can you help me make sure that I only have one account that I am making my donations and Patriarchal Blessing request through.

No one here on the forums can look at the details of your LDS account. We're just other members with no special rights.

But we can give advice on how to proceed.

Most likely you created an account on another site (like Family Search) which also uses LDS account but doesn't always make this clear. You can find that account by clicking on the 'Forgot your username' link on the login page. Then use your MRN to recover the name of the other account and reset it's password so you can log in.

If you've been making donations using your current account (which doesn't have your MRN linked) then you'll probably want to have your donations moved to the other account. You'll need to ask your ward clerk to contact the Global Service Center on your behalf and ask them to merge the donations. He'll need the user names of both the old and new LDS accounts.
