A member in the ward has two lds.org accounts. One with her membership record and one without it. We cannot find a way to delete the one without the membership record number. Where does she go to delete this second account?
The problem with the second account is that it contains contact information that she wants in her account with the membership record. She cannot add that contact information to the other account since it is already used in the non-membership account.
LDS Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to LDS Account (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Can she remove (or change) the contact information in the non-member account, then add it to the member account?
