How do I change my username

I just got married and I would like to change my username so that I includes my married name. I have tried over and over again to change it, but my lds account wont allow me to do so, or maybe I just cant figure it out. I was wondering if you had any tips or could assist me in doing so. Any help would be appreciated.

I believe it can be done by going to
https://ldsaccount.lds.org and changing the "Username". But I've never tried it.
One issue you may run into is that someone else already has that username.

By "username," do you mean the short name that you use to log in (shown above as "terynnjones"), or do you mean the name that appears in the upper right side of LDS.org when you're signed in?
