recover child's password

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. recover child's password

My 12 year old daughter has forgotten her password and we have now spent an hour trying to uncover it. Her member number isn't attached to the account, but nothing we have tried has helped us log in on either family search or lds.org. It also says her email isn't available as a method of recovering her password, but it just keeps walking us through the same circles and no results. We need to get her logged in for family search and to start her personal progress (just turned 12) tracking online. Any ideas?

Since her member number isn't attached, she probably hasn't lost much. Consider creating a new account.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
