unable to perform my duties as a clerk on my phone

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. I used to be able to do everything on my phone that I am able to do on my desktop. Now when I login on the lds.org page it doesn't allow me to do anything.

Make sure you haven't turned on private browsing or any other security features.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
