language problem

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. My donation account keeps coming up in Russian (?) even though it says english on my profile.

That can happen occasionally, but if it keeps happening, then it's likely your browser is remembering the Russian link. You may need to clear that information.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
