Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Having a dark experience of unlawful use of credentials including church websites. Can a member's account be removed completely so no credials are able to sign in? Thanks.

I would begin by changing the password on the account, and then working with your clerk to contact the Global Service Center to discuss the situation. I do not know the policy, especially if it is not your own account.
